This is a good listen for what it is, and I had struggled to find the recipes. They are in the library section. I hadn't read the publisher's note all the way to the bottom. Now I can move forward on her plan.

I think she has a lot of great suggestions. But, honestly, I don't need a food safe for my husband's food. I have lost 60 lbs on my own diet for more than a year and have not cheated once. Trust me, I am just as much of a food addict as she is. I can understand how this might be useful, but I don't need it. I am super strict and know I will never be able to eat baked goods again, for example.
